When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection state, and duration of use. To provide more accurate global connectivity, we may process approximate location information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Skyline VPN's network distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service communications such as important updates, security notices, and account reminders sent to your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, payment handling, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information with third parties except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulatory obligation; 2. Necessary to protect users or investigate fraud; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and request deletion of your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. Guardians may contact us through the same email address.
