This agreement is a legal contract between you and Skyline VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile network access application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, translation, or derivative development of the App or associated trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material fee changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken system security and cause the App to malfunction.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges incurred outside your country of origin without an appropriate data plan are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party service changes is not covered by compensation. While we aim to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and users should make their own judgment. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within reasonable bounds.
